MILLENNIUM BASIC CENTRIFUGE CONTROL PANEL Part Number: C3300   Designed to affordably operate a variety of Alfa Laval and Westfalia separators and clarifiers. Multiple bowl discharge systems are built in and selectable in setup. Password protected setup and timer access screens. Besides basic centrifuge control, the C3300 will monitor vibration level and perform a machine shut down in the event of excessive vibration. Open bowl and fail to shoot alarms are also available when using the current transformer as well as monitoring of motor current. The C3300 is also ready to be used with X-Line, Wye-Delta and VFD motor starters. Additional analog input is provided to monitor motor hertz from the VFD.
Direct Logic based centrifuge control panel utilizing a Direct Logic 205 (Koyo) PLC. PLC rack contains all necessary analog and digital I/O for basic centrifuge control and operation. Optional external sensing devices such as 4-20mA analog vibration sensor and motor current available. Operator interface is via a Direct Logic EZTouch color touch screen.
