First, thank you. We value our clients, our team members, and the communities we serve, especially during these uncertain times. 

While things continue to change rapidly, we want to keep you as informed as we can regarding our response to the current situation and any potential impact it may have on you and your business. 

Monitoring COVID-19

As we continue to provide service, we understand that you may have questions or concerns. We want you to know we are actively monitoring the guidance put out by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), California State Public Heath's "Stay at Home Order" and other state and federal agencies on the steps we can take to help limit and prevent the spread of the virus. 

Current Operation Details

While some of our operational procedures have shifted, we are fully operational at this time and will remain open to support our customers as they are essential to the stable supply of food to our friends, family, and neighbors. We are monitoring service technicians (and all employees) for any signs or symptoms. In the event an employee does show or report symptoms, they will be immediately encouraged to follow precautions set by the WHO and the CDC. 

On-Site Services

If you have an on-site service scheduled, please know that we are honoring visitor declaration forms and other state and federal agency orders. At this time, all service technicians will be driving to customer facilities instead of flying. And in the event that we can’t come to you, the option always remains to have your centrifuge equipment shipped to us. 

24/7 Availability

We have continued our commitment to 24/7 availability during this time. We can be available for phone calls, virtual connections, and equipment troubleshooting. More, now than ever, it’s essential to keep production facilities operational as we are here to support you and your centrifuge needs. 

Safety & Cleanliness

We follow the federal and state guidelines for food and beverage safety compliance while at customer facilities, and we always strive for exceptionally high standards for cleanliness. We have implemented procedures recommended by the CDC for personal hygiene, facility and equipment cleanliness, and social distancing.

We realize that human interaction should be limited during this time, which is why we are restricting who we allow in the building and are practicing work-from-home where we can.

Product Inventory & Integrity

We understand that you and your business are evolving and changing hour-by-hour and day-by-day. We will do everything possible to meet your changing business needs while keeping in mind the health and well being of our team members and customers.

In the marketplace, some products and services may be a little more difficult to find right now, especially parts from European-based OEMs. Please know we maintain a comprehensive stock of new, OEM centrifuge parts that can be ordered over the phone and are available for same-day shipping. We will never compromise product integrity or quality.
