There’s nothing quite like a global pandemic to help you figure out what’s really important. Lucky for us, we were already working on just that. We were toiling behind the scenes, taking a deep dive into Separators Inc. as a company.
Asking questions like: What kind of people are we? What do we stand for? How do we serve our customers? As it turns out, we had a pretty great idea of who we were, and we’ve been doing a lot of things right, but our exterior was a little behind the times. It didn't show us as a company of experts and craftspeople. A company centered on your centrifuge.
First, we dropped the "Inc."
Goodbye Separators Inc.
That’s not all we did, but it’s a good place to start.
A new look.
Now, when you visit our website, you’ll see we have a new look. Just like with our name, we focused on filtering out the unnecessary. Yes, we changed the colors — and they’re awesome — but that’s not the biggest change.
Our new look is cleaner, more accessible, and a more direct representation of who we really are.
And even more than how the website represents us, it's a website representing our customers. The people and businesses we show up for, day in and day out. Without our customers, there is no Separators.
We’re a service organization. A company our customers can count on. A partner they can call on. So, we created a website highlighting those qualities. It shows what really matters in terms of the services we provide, and it puts our employees' passion and drive front and center.
We’re a company of confident, innovative, and friendly people, and it is high time our website reflects that.
A new perspective.
Staying relevant and competitive in an industry like ours requires some intention and effort. Our mission is to be the leading service provider for centrifuges in the markets we serve.
Over the years, we’ve worked with companies of all sizes, located all across the United States, but you wouldn’t’ve known it looking at our website.
Separators is not some mom and pop shop. We’re North America’s largest independent service technician organization for high-speed disc centrifuges. And now, we have a website that shows it.
Our offerings aren't buried under industry jargon. They're clearly communicated to our customers in a language that's focused on them, not us.
What’s Stayed the Same?
While our look and feel may be noticeably different, not much has changed about the way we work.
Our service technicians and service visits remain the same. We are still remanufacturing used centrifuge equipment to like-new condition. And we’re still building custom automation and offering centrifuge education and consulting services.
What we’ve really done is updated our website, language, and branding to match the company Separators has already become. The company our customers already rely on.
If you haven’t yet, take a moment to visit our new website. And remember, if you need anything, we’re here to help. We haven’t stopped providing our customers with top-notch centrifuge maintenance, service, and repair.
