24/7 Centrifuge Support: It's What We Do

Posted by: Quenton Lind on April 10, 2024 at 10:57 AM

What was the longest wait time you've been given when facing an equipment emergency?

We often hear about plants waiting more than a week to get a technician out to address an issue — and sometimes, the issue has put the plant at a standstill (or, at best, a significantly decreased production volume).

That's why we make it a priority to provide fast, quality service to our customers with our drop-of-a-hat centrifuge repair.

We've all been there — that low vibration you've been keeping an eye on quickly escalates to unsafe levels. Or a leak springs on you right before you clock out for the day.

The need for centrifuge service or repair can appear at any time of day. Because of this, we answer our phones 24/7.

Talk to an expert every time

When you call Separators, we won't send you to a robot or a long, confusing directory menu. Instead, you'll get in touch with someone who knows centrifuges and can discuss your issue, any time of day.

In many cases, a quick conversation on the floor can help identify the cause of your issue — and in some cases, we can even work together to address the problem without sending a technician to your plant.

Get centrifuge parts ASAP (shipped from within the U.S.)

Our parts department is stocked with more than 4,000+ centrifuge parts, including niche parts that can be difficult to source. Our parts team is available 24/7/365, so when you run into an emergency, they'll be ready to pull together everything your technician might need to get you back up and running.

To help you get the fast service you require, we'll ship replacement parts before your technician arrives. This saves both your facility and our technicians time and resources.

Supporting plants across the U.S.

When in-person support is needed, our service technicians travel to facilities all across the U.S. For emergency repairs, we dispatch service technicians as quickly as they can get a plane ticket. If it's a non-emergency service, we'll send a technician when it works best for you and your facility.

Know your service technician

Our goal is to keep your service technician consistent each visit. This helps keep historical knowledge about your plant and equipment top of mind every time we come to service your centrifuge. It also means you'll repeat yourself less whenever you request a service visit.

You run your plant. We'll take care of your centrifuge.

We don't believe that our job is to show up, look at your centrifuge, and leave you with a bill for our services.

When you come to us with a problem, we have a conversation to understand as much as possible about the issue you're facing. Following service, we'll always provide insights to help you prepare for future repairs that might be needed.

Our priority is adding as little disruption to your day-to-day work as possible, while also getting you the service your centrifuge requires to perform the way you require.

The only service team that works on centrifuges — and only centrifuges

Providing great service wouldn't be possible without great service technicians. Our technicians are trained to repair and maintain centrifuges, but they have more than technical expertise. Each team member has been trained to read centrifuges as well as excel at time management, attention to detail, communication, and customer service.

When you're in need of centrifuge service or repairs, schedule a service call to receive prompt, quality attention from qualified technicians.
